Great location in the heart of Kowloon with everything you need nearby. Our Club Lounge access was amazing, with lots of food and drink options. The breakfast was great and the service was excellent. Although the room was a bit dated, it was spacious and comfortable.

Handy phone with Wi-Fi, convenient location near metro, varied breakfast buffet, friendly staff, nearby shops and restaurants.

The breakfast at the hotel has a wide variety to cater to all tastes. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the action with several train stations nearby.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, I had a great experience. The location of this place is very convenient, with the Tsim Sha Tsui area nearby and excellent connections to the MTR. It's just a short walk away from the TST MTR station, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel is situated in a touristy area, which may not be everyone's preference, but I enjoyed the bustling atmosphere and the variety of food options available in the vicinity.

While my overall experience at this hotel was great, I think the staff could benefit from some additional training on levels of service.

The hotel is located in a bustling area near Nathan Road and MTR stations. The manager, Andy Liu, provided excellent customer service by upgrading our rooms and offering extra services like a free shuttle to the airport. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, and the hotel even provided a Handy smartphone for unlimited data and local calls during our outings. Convenient access to both Nathan Road and Mody Road added to the overall convenience.

Nothing could have been better.

I was really surprised when the reception upgraded my room to a spacious, newly renovated one. The open closet system was a great idea, and I loved having a seating area with a table for meals. The location is awesome, with the MTR and buses just a 2 minute walk away. Plus, there's a 7-eleven across the street for midnight snacks. The housekeeping kept my room super clean, and the bed was comfortable with a choice of firm or soft pillows. I highly recommend this hotel.

Perfectly located on Nathan Road, Holiday Inn Golden Mile is a great base for exploring Hong Kong. The hotel is right across the street from the TST and a 5-minute walk from another MTR station. It's also near the Star Ferry ports for easy access to HK Island. Our deluxe double room, with 2 double beds, was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The staff, from the porters to reception to breakfast and swimming pool, were all friendly and helpful. The outdoor swimming pool on the top floor was a refreshing way to relax after a long day out. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options to choose from, catering to different tastes. Despite being on Nathan Road, we didn't experience much street noise, thanks to our 11th-floor room. The hotel is conveniently located near shops, making it ideal for leisurely shopping. Holiday Inn Golden Mile has everything we needed for a comfortable stay and we would definitely choose it again.

The location is unbeatable with easy access to transportation and the city's famous markets. The cleanliness of the room was great and the hotel facilities were great. The breakfast was one of the best parts of my stay as they had a variety of delicious options to choose from.

The hotel is conveniently located, close to East TSS MTR station. It is directly opposite the station, making it easy to access transportation for trips to China. The location is ideal for exploring the city and the staff is helpful, even tipping just for putting your bags in a taxi.

Some guests mentioned a musty smell in the rooms, which could be improved.

Convenient Location: The hotel is located in a central area, close to major attractions such as the Avenue of Stars and Symphony of Lights. It is also within walking distance of popular shopping destinations like Harbor City.

Language Barrier: The staff had difficulty communicating in English, especially during check-in and check-out. This led to confusion and frustration, as our questions were often not answered properly.

We loved staying here! The location is perfect, close to everything we wanted to see and do. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, always happy to help with any request. The room was lovely, with a nice view of the street and plenty of amenities to make our stay comfortable. The service is top-notch, with room service, car hire, dry cleaning, and more available 24/7.

Conveniently situated near shops and the metro. Staff was welcoming and helpful during an unforeseen medical situation. The rooftop pool has plenty of seating. upgraded room was spacious and provided great value. Buffet selection was impressive but pricey.

The gluten-free food options at the bistro were amazing, and the friendly staff were always happy to help, even tipping the taxi driver for us. The room had a proper desk, numerous electrical outlets, and the bathroom was spotless. Breakfast had plenty of different choices and facilities like the coffee drawer were a nice touch.
